Step-by-Step Tutorial: Installing your license file with Outlook Express

Step 1: Select the email with the TrojanHunter License

Open Outlook Express. Find the email message that you received after purchasing TrojanHunter. It should have the subject "TrojanHunter License". Select email as shown in image below.

Step 2: Click "paper clip" button to access attachments menu

Locate the paper clip button and click it to gain access to attachments menu as in image below.

If this preview pane isn't available you will have to double-click the email to open it and then and right-click the attachment instead of using the paper clip button.

Step 3: If menu is grayed out, disable security option to gain access to attachment.

If the menu is grayed out and you are unable to select the Save Attachments option then follow directions in the image below to restore access to the attachment. If menu is not grayed out, proceed to step 4.

Step 4: Save attachment (license file) to TrojanHunter folder

Click the Browse button and select the folder where you installed TrojanHunter. The default installation location is C:\Program Files\TrojanHunter x.x (Where x.x. is the TrojanHunter version number.) If you changed this location when running the TrojanHunter setup program then you should select the appropriate corresponding folder in the Browse dialog. Finally click the Save button to save the license file to the selected folder.

That's all there is to saving the license file!
